Terms and conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Flex Agency sro, with its registered office at Ke Kapslovne 2855/3, Prague 3, 130 00, IČ: 27883124, DIČ: CZ27883124, regulate the general rights and obligations between Lázně Beer spa Natural (hereinafter “BSN”) and the customer - a natural or legal person who orders services at BSN (hereinafter referred to as the "Client / Client / Buyer"). By concluding services at BSN, the customer / client / buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
1. Subject of the general conditions
BSN issues these General Terms and Conditions for the provision of services to Clients, which govern the contractual relationship and define the rights and obligations of the Spa and Clients. All contractual relationships are concluded in accordance with the legal regime of the Czech Republic, and contractual relationships with the Client that are not governed by these General Conditions are governed by the Civil Code (No. 89/2012 Coll., as amended).

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website https://beerspanatural.com (referred to as the "Website") operated by Flex Agency s.r.o (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

After submitting a booking request and making payment for services on the website www.beerspanatural.com, a booking confirmation will be sent to the client's email address provided in the booking form.

Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. No refunds will be issued after the booking has been made.

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Bookings must be paid for in advance of the scheduled procedure. All prices are listed in EUR. By making a booking payment, the client confirms that they are at least 18 years old, provided accurate information, and consent to the processing of personal data by the BeerSPA owner for the purpose of booking processing and communication regarding the booking. The client agrees to allow the owner to store their personal contact data for a period of 10 years from the date of consent. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by contacting the owner. The owner is committed to protecting the received contact and personal data to prevent misuse.

Clients should arrive for the procedure 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time specified in the booking. If the client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the BeerSPA staff reserves the right to accept another client.

a. Individuals allergic to yeast and hops, pregnant women, and individuals with high blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions should consult a doctor before taking a beer bath.

b. Smoking and the use of any smoking devices, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited on the premises of the BeerSPA. Violations may result in a penalty equal to the full cost of the procedure and reimbursement for damages.

c. Any form of erotic photography or videography is strictly prohibited within the BeerSPA premises.

d. Please be aware that the floor may be wet within the BeerSPA premises. We do not accept responsibility for slips, trips, or falls resulting in injury.

e. Guests are expected to be in a sober state while on the premises. We do not accept responsibility for injuries or harm resulting from guests being under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.

f. BeerSPA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, including theft, unless caused by proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BeerSPA staff.

g. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. BeerSPA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

a. The client agrees to pay the full cost of repairing any damage caused by their own fault.

b. The client acknowledges that the BeerSPA premises have slippery floors, low ceilings, stairs, and thresholds, and agrees to exercise caution throughout their stay. The client acknowledges the presence of cameras in common areas and agrees that the owner may retain camera recordings in accordance with the Administrator's legal obligations.

a. There is a bell available in the premises to call staff if needed.

b. The duration of the procedure is 60 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes for changing clothes and introductory instructions from BeerSPA staff. Individuals under 18 years of age (17.99) may participate in the procedure only when accompanied by an adult, and they are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages.

We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
